This is for you if:

-
You're successful but feel like you're hitting invisible barriers
-
You've been SUPER successful in one field, and are now transitioning to something new
-
The strategies that got you here aren't getting you where you want to go
-
You're tired of performance coming at the cost of your well-being or relationships
-
You want to make decisions that feel right both now and years from now

From Greta - "I understand high performance and performance-related anxiety - not just because I've coached others toward it - as a top classical soprano, I've lived it. And as a performer and psychologist and coach, I know both sides - the pressure of being at the top and the science of what makes people thrive there."

What is a 'coaching psychologist'?

A coaching psychologist is a registered psychologist who applies psychological expertise to help people grow beyond baseline performance. Greta uses a values-first approach—focusing on the deeper drivers that impact how experiences land and what motivates people, not moral principles.
